Every VCEup.com users are entitled with full refund if he/she fails the corresponding exam on first attempt in 30 days after the purchase of our product.

How to Claim Refund?
1. If you find 5% wrong answers in premium exam, we will refund money.
2. If you fail in real test, we will refund money of premium exam. We will require following information from you:
- Send us Scanned copy of your Result/Score Report in PDF format. Include Registration Number and Validation Number.
- Record your screen and send clip to us.

For refunds you need to send all required information within 2 days after the test to [email protected].
It will be a DISCOUNT CODE or you will be advised to procure a new EXAM that may help you to pass your exam. Be patient, we will deal with it in 7 days after your submit.
